Bubble Yoga gets people moving! We deliver highly enjoyable and meaningful workshops to engage people of all ages and abilities through a fusion of yogic movement and creative sensory activities. We teach specific techniques as simple ways to reduce stress levels supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience and develop good physical health.
Bubble Yogi’s Lisa Davies is a trained Yoga Instructor and Bubbleologist.

As well as being great for health and wellbeing, Bubble Yoga is great fun for all ages! Be a bubble rapper or body popper in our multi-sensory Bubble Yoga sessions.
Everyone can explore creative yoga movement, expand their imagination and enjoy the serenity of alternative therapeutic bubble play and relaxation.
We host interactive, fun and engaging sessions for anyone including celebrations, company days, festivals and wellbeing events.

Who We Work With
Wiltshire and Dorset Children’s Hospices provide practical and emotional support for families caring for a child with a life-limiting condition.
NHS Fit Fest Hampshire
Provide a range of workshops and activities in a festival style to normalise and destigmatise mental health services and demystify CAMHS.
Dorset’s disability charity supporting children and adults with profound physical and learning disabilities across the county since 1955.
Bournemouth Emerging Arts Fringe
Biggest, open-access, multi-art form festival. Exhibitions, emerging digital arts, talks, workshops, theatre, live music, poetry, film & more.
The BCP Council Short Breaks scheme is for families of children and young people, aged up to 19 years, with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities
Army Welfare Service
The purpose of AWS Community Support is to support resilience within the military community by creating a range of needs led fun, positive and safe and accessible informal educational experiences for children, young people, families and serving personnel.
Love Support Unite
Lisa volunteered with Love Support Unite on their Early Childhood Development programme teaching local Malawian educators the importance of play and how to implement holistic sensory based play following the Learn to Play training program and their Rainbow Play Framework.
