What is Bubble Yogi?

Bubble Yoga gets people moving! We deliver highly enjoyable and meaningful workshops to engage people of all ages and abilities through a fusion of yogic movement and creative sensory activities. We teach specific techniques as simple ways to reduce stress levels supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience and develop good physical health.
Bubble Yogi’s Lisa Davies is a trained Yoga Instructor and Bubbleologist.

Lisa volunteered with Love Support Unite on their Early Childhood Development programme teaching local Malawian educators the importance of play and how to implement holistic sensory based play following the Learn to Play training program and their Rainbow Play Framework.
